Brooks Range Tarps and Shelters are made from ultralight waterproof ripstop nylon. This water-resistant ripstop nylon is incredibly strong and resilient for its ultralight weight! This fabric is some of the lightest water-resistant available for this use. The Brooks-Range ultralite fabric used for our tarp shelters has an impressive strength-to-weight ratio and an ability to protect in the shear wind.
